For counseling clients pay the cost themselves.
For psychotherapy a part of the cost can be reimbursed by insurances. Depending on the insurance it varies a lot how much will be reimbursed per session:
- Basic health insurance (KVG): this requires a «ärztliche Anordnung». Please also inquire with your basic insurance in advance whether additional conditions may apply due to any savings models
- Disability insurance IV
- Accident insurance
- Victim support
- Foreign private insurance
- School congregation
